Isn't he adorable and doesn't that Popsicle look yummy. As promised, Penguin Dude. I did the same layout, but different paper, red stickles for the Popsicle, and frosted blue on his swim suit (although I don't think you can see it very well). I hope you enjoyed my cute little couple.
